Meet The Baby Sleep GP
I’m Dr Francesca. I’m a Paediatric Sleep Consultant and practising Private and NHS GP based in Chelsea, South West London. I hold a UK medical degree as well as postgraduate qualifications in General Practice (Family Medicine) and ENT Surgery.
I have over 15 years of clinical experience as a doctor. I have spent 10 of those working in General Practice and for the last 5 years I have had a specialist interest in paediatric sleep health. As a mother myself I’m extremely passionate about helping families navigate the important and often challenging world of childhood sleep.
During my career as a doctor I have had the privilege of working with countless families and children of all ages. Through years of hands-on experience and extensive training, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how sleep issues can impact both children and their families in many different ways. Whether it’s a newborn struggling with night feeds or a toddler facing difficulties transitioning to a bed, I am here to support you every step of the way.
In my sleep consultant practice I work with children from birth to 5 years old. My aim is to reduce your feelings of confusion and overwhelm around sleep training and provide families with practical, safe, and evidence-based strategies that promote restful sleep.
I understand that every child is unique, and I take the time to listen, assess, and create a personalised plan that works for you, your family and your child. Whether you are struggling with sleep deprivation, bedtime battles, or irregular sleep patterns, believe me I will have been there myself and I will also have supported countless families through similar situations! I’m here to guide you through these challenges with expertise and kindness. I focus on responsive sleep solutions that will help nurture and solidify healthy sleep habits which will form the foundation of a lifetime of good sleep.
Thank you for considering welcoming me in to your family and allowing me to support you. I look forward to working with you to help your child (and you!) get the sleep you all need and deserve.
